All the coins on that page are fakes. It lists the quarter as an 1865 but that is not the date on it and no Washington quarter was made in 1865. They did not start until 1932. The coins there are poor quality fakes. There is no Washington dollar that looks like the quarter, it is a coin some one made up in their mind. If you bought one you got taken. It has no value at all for the quality is poor, at least a good quality fake sells for $10, even though it against the law to sell them here in the States.
