does anyone know the proper way to contact a company to present a idea i might have for a logo.?

i draw and i am good i would like to present logo ideas to companies for products such as car companies or soda..etc

Your best bet would be to get a job with an advertising agency or marketing company. Most companies don't create their own logos ... they hire ad agencies to do it for them.
