If the guy you bought it from charged it then you will be alright for awhile, but if not you should maybe wait! However, if it comes with a usb cable to download off the computer, this will charge the i-pod while plugged into a computer that's turned on. They are a lot of fun! If you can, contact the guy and find out if he charged it and if it comes with the USB cable. Otherwise, when you get it, turn it on and check the power bar quickly. They last for awhile, but maybe wait until you can charge it fully to use it alot.

no ipods come fully charged its a good idea to let it charge all te way before you play with it other wise it will hurt the battery life.

no whenever i got mine it wasnt fully charged.
but wall chargers make the charge faster than any other.plus there not overly priced for what they do

if you buy it from an Apple store most of the time its charged and ready to go. from a reseller or mail then no

it says it in the manual that ur suppose to charge it, but it should still have some battery in it..

mine came fully charged...and wall chargers are okay but i prefer my iHome cz it charges faster!!
