The other day I learnt without it our world would be very hostile and an unbearable place to live in...
Made me think much more about our friendly little moon way up there shining down on us at night time :)

oi, ninja guy! the moon is extremely important to us! it gives us seasons and keeps the earth from going into an uncontrollable wobble which would cause massive fluctuations of extremely hot and cold weather!

Oh, you learn something new every day! I can't say the moon means too much... apart from the harvest moon of course, because every year when it's all bright because of the harvest moon my boyfriend and I nick a few plums from the neighbours orchard and bring out a blanket and just sit up on the haystacks all night, chatting and playing around.

Mystical, magical,captivating, brilliant, and serene.
The moon was a part of the earth and it used to be a lot closer than it is now.
It was still in earth and floating by, everyone saw it very large and up close, about the distance of a hot air balloon about to take off.

I love the moon I bought myself a telescope so I could get a better look!! When looking at the moon and the stars I feel very small !! â¥

The moon means a lot to me, it changes the tides. Full moon, high tides and has a lot to do with fishing.

I LOVE the moon, I think it's so beautiful... for me it means... mystery, I guess. I don't know why, that's the first thing I though of.
