been 1 1/2 or longer before finally arriving

i think that longer than 30 minutes is too long to wait for a pizza, so i would consider longer than 30 min. is late

about 10minutes after they siad it would be there i called when it was 12 mniutes late and they siad so sorry are delivery boy got stuck in traffic (i think its a lie) and they gave me 5 fre pizza coupons (they were size small though)
