You've seen it happen before, star player gets hurt when team is up by 21 with 3-15 mins to go in the game. Right now Brady is still playing in a 28-7 lead game with 3:50 left to go.. I don't know if this is a stupid tactic, or just smart football? And who knows whats going to happen next week on their last embark on a 16-0 season.

What do you fans think?

This is to mr-cj-jr, was it classless for the Colts to win 38-15 over Houston? Was it classless for Jacksonville to beat Oakland 49-11? How about last week? San Diego 51 Detroit 14? Why do I never see anyone complaining about these teams "running up the score" or being "classless" when they go out and do their job. Oh by the way that job is to score.
As for pulling starters, they are payed to play so you play them. Period. And I am a Pats fan.

I know that is because of the attack from someone else a couple of minutes ago. I don't know when Miami fans will be loyal. If you look at their ticket sales and seats filled per home game, they're pretty low. Most loyal are (no order, just thinking of them)- Celtics, Lakers, and the Spurs.

B.B. and Tom Brady are very upset about letting themselves get complacent at last year's AFC Championship and ended up losing to Colts. They have mentioned it on a couple of interviews that there goal/motto is to play hard for 60 minutes. Not 58 or 59 minutes. They aren't going to let it happen this year to them.

At least he put Matt Gutierrez after the 2 minute warning and kept the ball in the middle.

Brady would have had a better shot to the record if he had played more conservative because the D would have been guessing.

i dont have a problem with it. herm edwards famous quote comes to mind: we play to win the game. he leaves his starters in until the final whistle blows. i think a lot of players in the league are clean players and would not deliberately hurt one of the Patriots starters.

I think it's pretty lame!

Here's another question:
4th & 7, inside the 30, 9 mins left in the game and a 21 point lead, why go for it, why not kick a FG?
Patriots fans: Please make me understand why this is not classless?

yes.. because it keeps them from getting stale.. going into the playoffs, they need to be in sync, and used to playing. If they were to sit now, they'd be off the field too long, what with the bye week and all, and they'd lose their rhythm.

Go Patriots 15-0 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
