Well I'll tell you how to permanently destroy a file anyway. It's a really simple process. 1. Write a bunch of garbage to the file. 2. Delete the contents of the file (but not the file) 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 about 100 times 4. Delete the file If you want to be really careful, you can get all the file fragments in one place, and then fill up the empty space with zeroes between shreds. Please note that this doesn't always work for solid state drives. The reason is that some parts of the disk become unuseable after a certain number of writes, and when they die, they keep whatever information was on them when they died. Now that that's out of the way, seriously, no one cares. I'm pretty sure everyone who has ever owned a computer has watched at least one porno. My better half has a subscription.

On Windows Internet Explorer just go to the Tools menu, and delete all browsing history. This will delete all cookies, history and any temp files placed in your computer.

You might also look at All Programs on the start tab to make sure a program was not placed on your computer by one of these sites. Finally go to Windows Explorer and go through all programs and files. Also download the free programs Spybot and AdAware to make sure spyware is not active.

This is all I know. Nothing wrong with viewing porn unless it becomes an obsession. We are all curious.

Find and save all files that you need.Burn them to cd/dvd or use an external Harddrive to save the data.Scan all saved data with a good up to date antivirus.
Then totally format the hard drive .If you fear that your format technique is not totally working then install any free version of linux on the hard drive and let linux rewrite the drive.
Type 'Free linux download' into any search engine on any browser to find many free downloads of many versions of linux.
Now you reinstall windows and then load your files.
The creators of porn hire very smart people to corrupt your cpu,not all of them but some.No windows cd formatting can truly guarentee a 'fresh' install so as you can be safe from your past.
Please keep in mind that google search cookies expire 2038 and your emails are kept on someone elses server and then sent to you for reading apon your request.
It's a shame that we cannot rewrite or own past with zeros.

I wish you luck and I hope this can be of some help to you.

If you press Windows Key - F you can search your entire computer for specific file types such as .jpg.

In case you accidentally remove something you need, you should first send the files to the Recycle Bin.

your ISP has all your downloads regardless of the computor. Install a new hard drive or buy a new computor.
