Ok so i need some idea for my our anvi in jan i would like to plan ahead so i can get very thing in order. Some where that doesnt cost alot not that im cheap but she would like me to spend alot of money on it and im under 21. we live in lawrence ks but can travel to kc mo or kc ks, Thanks

If you can't cook, ask all your friends to help you, have them cook and set up a great dinner with waiters and musicians (all friends).Decorate the place where you are going to have the dinner with tons of Christmas lights (all gold and silver) that you can buy at discount next week.
Also, get a tango lesson before the dinner and teach her tango at the dinner.

You could take her to the Legends. It's up by the Kansas Speedway.
They have lots of restaurants. Styx is really good. Its Hibachi or Asian or sushi all in one. They also have a movie theater and shopping.
Or~~ take her to a regular restaurant like olive garden or chili's or what ever she likes...THEN take her on a horse (e ALWAYS wanted to do that!! Very romantic and she will never forget it!
Or~ Ice skating at crown center, it's not very expensive at all.
If you can... go to lunch (less $$) or an early dinner like 3 or 4. (Sometimes you can still get lunch prices and avoid the wait)

see if her favorite band is holding a concert in the area around that time
romantic dinner at a secluded restaurant
