It's a little sad. But maybe something fun will happen for you doing Christmas that you might have missed being with your family. I hope you have a Merry Christmas!! =)

No, not really. I'm actually kinda sick of my family this past year, with cousins fighting and bickering about every little thing. I'm thinking about just having a nice quiet Christmas by myself, maybe watching a movie or something.

We can be sad together. I won't be around family either. I'm 39 and this will be the first year by myself.

You are not alone. I have no family in this state. Moving in May 2008 1,500 miles to be with them. I'm alone this Christmas.

Don't think about it - try to fill your day doing things for others. That will make you feel better. Try signing up to help in a soup kitchen or deliver food to the elderly or go sign up to volunteer at an elderly living residence.

Well, depending on your situation. If you are on good terms with your family you should spend as much time with them as possible. I have lost both of my parents and miss them very much! If you are not on good terms with your family you should consider putting aside whatever it is that keeps you guys apart because once they are gone its for good (no coming back)! If its because of a job or something else MAKE TIME TO SEE THEM, you'll thank yourself later.

First of all, if YOU think its sad to not be with your family this year than it is sad.
But, for me I think it is because Christmas is all about family.
