What about sound to light?

Yes. A photodiode or solar cell turns light into electricity and a speaker turns electricity into sound. Hook the two together an modulate (turn it on an off) the light in the acoustic range (20 Hz =20 kHz) and you get sound.

Yes. Think about what sound is. This transformation happens every time a photon strikes another particle, transferring momentum and thus creating a vibrational wave of mechanical energy. However, at that scale, light energy is essentially just mechanical energy in photons.

On a practical scale, I'm not sure. There are ways to simulate that using photoresistors, a speaker or buzzer, and batteries, but the energy used comes from the batteries, not the light.

as you know Solar cell can transform light into electric energy.
Now this energy could be transformed into sound by high voltage electric discharge. you will hear a cracking sound.

Sound to light-
Yes.
combine the frequency of sound to a transforming device to produce resonance, transfer the resonance energy to a thin metal sheet(get mechanical energy). now you can sipmly convert this mechanical energy to electrical energy. but the energy you get by this way to too small. No commercial use.

It's not a 1:1 transformation but lightning produces thunder. Likewise, light can be used to trigger any sort of sound and vice versa.

Yes, in the same way that a radio converts electro-magnetic waves from radio-frequency to audio. All you would need is to demodulate the light energy from its frequency to audio.

Sure - use a solar powered stereo....
To do it directly, consider flashing very intense light onto a thin black membrane; as the light hits it will heat the membrane and the air around it, moving it.
