Is it okay to wash my indoor/outdoor basketball?

If so, what is the proper way to do so?

thanks

If it is really dirty, I have used tub and tile cleaner (The foamy type), it does excellent job...I have another quick tip. If you ever have trouble with a leaking basketball just add a quick squirt of fix a flat using the inflate needle. Make sure it is a quick squirt as too much will make the basketball act like it has lead in it. Also make sure to wash the fix a flat from needle as it will set up and make it use less. Be sure to dribble the basketball immediately after the procedure so that the fix a flat can get to the leak.

No problem. Wash with soap and water. Use a non-metallic brush. Maybe do it in a laundry tub or bath tub to cut down on the mess, or outside.

It is absolutely safe. Dishwashing detergent and hose will do the trick. Anything that says outdoor on it is safe with water.
