The N becoming 24/7?

When the N becomes 24/7 will it go to a new channel or will it stay on the same channel? if it moves what channel number will it be for directtv?

The N will be on the same channel it currently shares with Noggin (which moves to the channel Nick GAS currently occupies on the same day,December 31).
