Okay so I own The Sims 2 and the main installment has four disks. But to my luck the very first disk is cracked and cannot be read, and thus, I cannot install The Sims 2 or any if the expansion packs. But I heard that there is a website you can go to and give them the code on the back of the manual and you can download it from there. Does anyone know it? It would be much easier than going out and buying it again for the third time... Thanks!

I've never heard of a website like that. Copying the game is illegal, and you can't even download it from anywhere except through EA Game's website and the EA Downloader.

If you've already registered the game, you can contact EA Games and request a new disk since yours is broken. They'll charge you $13 for the disk but that's better than shelling out another $40 for a whole new game.

unfortunately there is no website like that (it would be illegal) However, if any of your friends have the Sims 2, you should be able to borrow their disk and use it to download the game

If the CD was cracked when you bought it, you SHOULD be able to take the game and your reciept to the place you bought it and get a new game. But I would google the whole website thing if I were you.
