It's not very likely for me to be in such a situation, but I'd stand up really fast and pretend I didn't notice.
P.S.: Anyway, why do you think they invented the low scoop sweaters?

Well it's not polite, but I guess men only have so much self-control. But hey, I've been known to peek a little at the opposite sex myself.
I guess I would pretend I didn't notice for a while, but I probably couldn't stop myself from cracking a joke or two.

Happens to be often at work not that mt shirt is that low cut but it's baggy so when I bend over to put things away men are always looking. I just stand up and smile to let them know I caught them.

I'd act like I didn't notice and stand up after a few seconds. UNLESS he was very attractive in which case I'd make eye contact and smile at him or make whatever sly comment popped into my head at the moment.

My wife has done that on occassion. When she caught me staring, she asked what i was looking at.
I told her I was looking at her magnificent breasts, as she was presenting them to me in such a glorious manner.
That stopped her
