Silver is diamagnetic.

Diamagnetic metals have a very weak and negative susceptibility to magnetic fields. Diamagnetic materials are slightly repelled by a magnetic field and the material does not retain the magnetic properties when the external field is removed. Diamagnetic materials are solids with all paired electron resulting in no permanent net magnetic moment per atom. Diamagnetic properties arise from the realignment of the electron orbits under the influence of an external magnetic field. Most elements in the periodic table, including copper, silver, and gold, are diamagnetic.

You can't magnetise silver in the same way that you would Iron (or for that matter Nickel or Cobolt) as it doesn't have the right structure, however if you pass a current through it you will get a magnetic field generated.

I do not think you can magnetise silver in the same way you do with steel.

I am not sure, but magnetised steel has a special gitter structure. You can have, cubic roomcentered gitter, or cubic surface centred gitter. One of them is the magnetite. This is a form of the metal you also can find in the nature,

silver is not an element susceptible to becoming magnetised. a silver object that is magnetised is not pure silver, and may not be much of any silver but just a silver-colored metallic object.

You can't. Only iron, nickel, and cobalt (well they are the most common ones) can be magnetised. The closest you could get is to coat some other magnetic metal in silver, or attach a piece of magnetic metal to it.

Silver cannot be magnetised as there is no iron in it.

Silver does not contain iron ,and therefore cannot be magnetised.
