If you are an high level employee of an oil corporation a government contractor, or make over 120k per year, Bush was likely better to you. For the rest of us Clinton was better. His sex life should have stayed a personal issue as it did not effect his job except for the time wasted by Starr and the republicans who were eager to nail him on anything they could.

Clinton, and not because I'm a Democrat (I happen to think Reagan in his first term was pretty good). While all presidents make mistakes there are levels and Clinton never blundered quite so badly as Bush has done. When a two term president is on the way out his VP is almost always nominated to run; the fact that Cheney isn't even an option is a pretty clear indication of just how badly this administration has screwed things up in the eyes of the Republican party itself.

Bush "IS" still president so why are people putting him in past tense.

I think Bush is by far the better President, When Clinton took the oath for office his life no longer became a private matter. That is the price you pay for being President, cheating on your wife with your secretary was only the ice on the cake to a very long and destructive career for Mr. President Clinton.

As far as the War on Terror goes, sitting around and doing nothing for the two terms Clinton was in office did this country no good. He might have hired our economy, but thats all he did. Since when is it okay to be so self absorbed and only think what is best for America instead of caring and doing something about the other hurting nations at any costs.

Oh yea and my system of morals...The bible!

Clinton by far was so much better then Bush. The economy was so much better, we were respected by other nations. It would be interesting to see what he could have accomplished had the Republicans not been on a witch hunt to bring him down. And do not tell me it was about lieing to a Grand Jury. The current administration has lied, violated the constitution, started a endless war in Iraq (I supported Afghanistan) outed C.I.A. agents for personal vendettas, made the U.S. a laughing stock of the world, has used torture and supports it's use. I just hope I'm here in another 50 years to see how history compares Clinton to Bush. I can not think of a worse President then the currant Bush. I do not think history will be very kind to his Presidency.

Bush is by FAR the worst president ever. He's destroyed our country and it's reputation. Clinton 's sex life should never have become an issue - it's a private matter.

President Bush. I don't care about Clinton's affair, he made us the laughingstock of the world. He gutted the military and CIA and allowed terrorism to spread. Ever heard of the USS Cole, he never responded to that. Clinton bears a huge burden of responsiblity for where we are now fighting terrorism.

President Clinton was, in my opinion, absolutely the worst of ALL of the Presidents.
As to my "system of morals", just read the Bible.
