Yes.
Squids are "mollusks", and are related to clams and snails. In the case of squids and octopus, the only remnant of their shell is their beak, which is made of calcium carbonate, and chitin, the same material as the exoskeletons of insects, spiders, and crustaceans.
Their mouth and beak is located at the very center of the tentacles, so it is usually hidden.
large squid and octopus are capable of giving a seriously nasty bite, but they are very shy of humans. They would only bite as a final resort.

Yes, a squids mouth is very similar to a birds beak. You can go here to see the anatomy of a squid;
http://www.nhm.org/seamobile/PDF/clasacts/sqd%20i.pdf
There is also a picture of one here:

Captured whales often have squid beaks in their stomachs, the beak being the only indigestible part of the squid.

Yes, some people compare it to the beak of a bird of prey but it reminds me of a parrots beak more. But yes, they have them. Their suckers also have teeth. On small squids they are not big and only allow it to grab a little better, but on the large squids some of the teeth are hook shaped and quite large.

Yes.
But you cannot compared it with those of birds. They are analogous structures.
