These are some possible causes of daytime fatigue:
/excessive daytime somnolence (EDS) and insomnia:

1)Disrupted sleep architecture, and recently obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) secondary to tonsillar hypertrophy. Relieved by tonsillectomy
2) Restless Leg Syndrome.
3) After consumption of a heavy meal.
4) Stress, worry and anxiety keep all women of all ages on high alert, constantly turning and tossing all night.
5) Hyperthyroidism
6) Epstein Varr Virus responsible for Chronic Fatigue syndrome.
7) Poor quality REM sleep.
8) Obesity which might contribute to OSA or Sleep Apnea
OSA can be relieved with CPAP.
9) Hot flashes and night sweats caused by hormonal imbalance might cause disrupted sleep.
8) Adrenal Insufficiency due to stress, poor diet choices and the effects of perimenopause on the thyroid functions and melatonin synthesis also lead directly to fatigue.
9) And believe or not the lack of physical activity or lack of exercise can sap your body of its vigor. You have to use energy to make energy
.
10) Poor diet and nutrition are often the cause of hormonal imbalance and the resulting lack of energy. This is esp true of women who are yoyo- dieters or follow low fat high -carb diet plans. These women often suffer from insulin resistance which disrups their bodies glucose-energy metabolism. they get a burst from from high carb diet but quickly wilts;and ready to start the whole cycle again.
Assess your health. Take a lot of vitamins and minerals.

Perhaps you too are nocturnal. It's a terrible suffering. It's presently five within the morning right here, for instance, and I simply cannot sleep. At least in a couple of hours the solar will arise, I will have to be equipped to sleep then.
