yes most of the time we do, and sometimes we do succeed. However we are also very dreamy and dreams also become reality as well (just depends)....
I am also a piscean and have achieved most of things that I have really wanted. but sacrificed alot to get it. It just depends how badly they need that thing and will it be worth having it after all that attempt is kinnda not figured out by a piscean as we are all so involved with the dream we like the adventures and risks involved..

They can delude themselves for ever and ever 'till the frog has been kissed, grows into a handsome young prince, and so on for years and years not ever really seeming to know what has happened at all. Even though when they are in love, they fall deeply.
The Pisceans are caught in a vivid dream world...... I find they like what they are unsure of, if somebody portrays an image and they don't think they can see beyond that, that would attract them. It is less of a shallow thing than it is like not seeing the forest for the trees.

Because we Pisces are ruled by strange and other-worldly imaginations (Thanks Neptune). I think the reason is because we are timid. We often want what we don't have because we are so impressionable and we also seek to get more of what we already have. Hey, what can I say, we are just strange fishies in the ocean.

My mom is a piseans and she is a very big dreamer and very often she does evrything to obtain her goal, bu moat of the time she doesn't succed wich is opposite to her brothers wife who usually obtains what she wants:P

on contraire, pisces doesnt really want to have it all, if they did that would be too practical.
but they do cherish what they cant have, and dive into fantasy to feed their imagination.
