I usually will put it aside for a little bit. I trust my mental facilities to know how to do things, but sometimes you have to put it at the back of your mind and allow your mind to figure it out without you interfering. But if at first I don't succeed, try and try again.

I don't handle frustration well--if something has me frustrated, I usually step away from it and come back to it later when I'm more level-headed.

I get frustrated,walk away for a minute or so...then back at it! I can't give up till the problem is solved!

If I get frustrated, I go do something light-hearted or fun, ask advice on getting it done, and return to it when I'm relaxed.

I walk away, do a circuit of the carpark, use language my mother would smack me for then go back and find the answer staring me in the face. Happens ever time!!!!
