Always at least once a week, unless I or someone else has been ill, then at least twice a week, or even daily- I like to keep germ free-

About once a month, usually after my period.
I just dont have time to wash sheets more than that, but I work and am raising kids. No biggy though, they're usually very clean.

Once a week is more than efficient. If you sweat a lot or live in a very humid climate, or it's summertime, I would recommend twice a week.

my roommate and I are super obsessive about being clean and looking cute...but cleaning our room and washing sheets gets put on the backburner sometimes.....
