Go to their webpage and ask, Eugene Kaspersky, their chief engineer for a manual update. They must have a way to contact via email.
Or if there is a search engine on their webpage. type in the words and the webpage will check for the updated version.

You can download them from: http://www.kaspersky.com/avupdates/zip
There are 3 types of zip files covered from daily to weekly and full updates. You can choose any of them (priority for complete update if you rarely update your kaspersky)
From the site (under the link for updates download) there are link on how to update manually from the zip-archieved file.
You can also find the instruction in the kaspersky software HELP.
