I hope that you are going to make the best of this fairly relaxed christmas that you will have this year, cause you'll be ready for the Nuts Hoose next Year honey!!! LOL

Hope you r well & Have a great time x

I was surprised we had post today -my Christmas started on Friday ! We had a few little treats when the grandkids finished school and a 'swift half'. Saturday, sent Himindoors out for the cream. The queues were MILES long at the supermarkets and at Somerfield they announced to the 50+ people waiting patiently, that the lorry carrying the 1/2 price turkey crowns had broken down on the M4 ! I was at home taking my 'medication' with a few chockies. Today I went up my mum's to do her last bits and had a couple of glasses of 'medication' with her. I'm now back home and taken out my goose to de-frost and separate the birthday presents from the Christmas presents which I shall open at midnight and have a cup of tea as the 'medication' has worked -WELL, I haven't got a bad tummy or 'flu !!!
Merry Christmas to you all !! I am-merry that is !

Good for you! My only responsibilities at Christmas time are to send a few cards, buy a present for each of my immediate family, and get them all wrapped....and I suppose I have done everything except the wrapping....which I traditionally leave until Christmas Eve anyway! I probably did not end up sending quite as many cards as I might have done...as I said, I have a few left over....but I figure it is a little late for that now if I want people to get them for Christmas! Time really has flown this December!

Blimey Whipass I thought I was the only one who left things to the last minute! This year though I am done earlier than usual. Went to mother in laws for the weekend and did the last of my food shopping while there so all done and dusted! Except of course I have to cook the gammon today, make sausage rolls, trifle etc etc !!! Happy Christmas Whipass - you will have two extra little ones next year!

Got one more present to wrap (truth is I have 'hidden' it and I can't find it!) dinner is at mother in laws (the best roast maker in the world imo) nothing to prepare there then and other than that I'm done! Well done you and with all the rushing round i hope you manage to enjoy the day a little bit x

In that pre-christmas manic phrase too? I've about got everything done I can in advance too. Enjoy your evening getting some rest before the next phrase begins!
