No - they need to be fed tropical fish flakes, pellets and other food that you can find quite easily in the pet shop. Coldwater fish food won't poison tropical fish, but it's not designed for tropical fish and doesn't contain the same ingredients.

It won't hurt your tropical fish to feed them goldfish food,
but they may get better nutrients from a tropical flake, or some of the other foods especially designed for them. I keep a few different kinds so they get all the nutrients they might need

It won't kill them, but it won't allow them to display their best colors, and be the healthiest they can be. You could do it for a short while with no ill affects, but it is not a balanced diet. A tropical flake or pellet would be better (it has more protein than Goldfish and other coldwater fish food).

Goldfish food is for Goldfish.
Koi food is for Koi
Tropical Fish food is for tropical fish.
I doubt it would kill them unless that is all you feed them. Buy what is formulated for Tropical Fish.

My tropical fish, a "black shark", eats lots of other fish. Just depends on how big and aggressive they are.
