Carlton Sheets information is woefully outdated.
You gotta ask yourself "If you can make millions of dollars with your program, why are you selling it"?
He makes all the money selling tapes and none of the money actually buying real estate with No money down.

Carlton Sheets system was valuable many years ago. But the market has changed drastically. There are updated versions of his method out there BUT to do it you must have nerves of steel and a good amount of back up cash. The thing is yes you can get a house for no money down but then you have to be able to either sell it or rent it out quickly. Most of these houses need work (which is why they havent sold) or are in less then desirable neighborhoods. So you have to be able to pay the carrying costs until you can resell it or rent it out.
Bottom line there is no get rich quick system and anything worth doing takes time and hard work.

Here is the REAL question you should be answering....
If his "no money down" concept was going to be so successful, why is he making his money from selling it on infomercials?
Will his system theoretically work? Yes.
Have you investigated how many people actually make the system work in relationship to the number of people who buy the system?

before you buy. Make SURE you know what the evaluation period actually is because, if you go 1 day too long, you're paying for the entire program.
Hope this helps!

I brought into the "Carton Sheets" stuff a few years ago, say 1999 or 1998....
I found out that what they teach is not wrong in anyway but they don't give you everything... You must buy additional information at high prices... and also not all suggestions work so it's pot luck... Maybe yes maybe no.... Also the advise line was very high pressure to use your credit card.... I sold my course on ebay for 1/3 the price... I still feel guilty about that... Oh well, you no the saying "Buyer beware!!"

I own an investment club with a friend. Our club was formed to help people who have purchased all the different methods for tons of money see if they work. Many of the methods work, you just have to be persistant! No money down is done in several ways, mainly done when a seller is desperate and just wants to sign over the property to you. One needs to be very careful with these different methods as most of the banks do not like when an investor or buyer changes title and does not assume the loan correctly and can call the loan due in full!

Carlton Sheets is selling a 'system'. Unfortunately for many, his system is horribly outdated. You're not going to find 'no money down' anymore unless you don't actually NEED no money down.
He's pandering to the masses looking to get rich quick.

After you buy his stuff, (which caost abut $400) someone contacts you and tells you they want to make sure you are a success and if you give them a couple of thousand dollars more (to pay for the people helping you) they will walk you through the first few buying and selling of the homes.
