i take melatonon its a sleep tablet and my mum is gonna give me phernergon that knocks you out any tips on how to fall asleep easy or should i wait till the tablets kick in

Ack...if you can't fall asleep with out a bunch of stuff maybe you need more exercise to wear you out. Try some exercise on Monday and that night some warm milk, a warm bath, reading the Night Before Christmas, and crawling into a comfy, cozy bed.

What the hell? I know you might be excited, but it's a little extreme to resort to medication. Even things like Benadryll can be harmful to kids.
