Most of my family are christian, so christmas has always been celebrated. I also choose to celebrate it, but see it as a time when everyone comes together to appreciate each other and enjoy the company.....I don't celebrate the birth of christ, merely being a member of a loving family.

We are! We partake in the pagan aspects...christmas trees, santa claus, etc. have nothing to do with the Christian religion at all. Plus we celebrate American commercialism and capitalism by buying lots of stuff. We don't bother with the Christ/church aspect.

I,m an atheist, and I am going to enjoy Christmas. It's culturally ingrained you know, but has nothing to do with a baby born to a virgin. It's December the 25th, and we hand over and recieve pressies and eat too much and fart and cant wait for normality to be resumed etc.............

I and my family celebrate it as a secular holiday, a time for family and an opportunity to teach selfless giving.
