...as far as how gross and bloody, in putting it quite blantantly...uh, do you have a raincoat???

...I was actually surprised at how gory it was; director Tim Burton has always exhibited more of a playful and mischievious flair for the bizarre and macabre, and not overly graphic (...before "...Todd", his most horrifically graphic film had to have been "Sleepy Hollow"). This time, however, he quite virtually goes for the jugular...

The movie was very violent, and disturbing if you think about it too much.
It was not scary, but definitely gory. There was a lot of blood, but it was pretty fake and a lot of times seemed like cartoon violence. The movie was very bizzare like that, but good.
The idea of people eating meat pies made out of people at all is pretty disgusting....I think anyways. Go see it if you really want to and close your eyes when it's about to be gory (you'll know, don't worry)

It's gory. And musical. Not a good combination. Anyway, he's this barber, who's sent to jail by this guy who wants to steal his wife, then when he gets out of jail, he's out for revenge. He kills all the people who've ever wronged him, and gives the bodies to the neighboring butcher, who makes them into MEAT PIES that she sells to other people. Disgusting, eh?
Although I've heard that it's funny in a wrong sort of way, I don't plan on seeing it unless a certain Bella drags me to the theater.

I didn't really think it was very gross (and I can get grossed out pretty easily). It is very bloddy but I found it easy to get past because the blood looked pretty fake.

Haven't seen the movie, but I saw the musical. It would just be for gory themes I am sure. (He hacks people up and then they are made into meat pies.)

well, the movie poster is made to look spattered in blood. I think it's pretty gross, but it's gonna be the best slasher flick/musi8cal ever!
