what do I do?I have tried in the past but I ;always mess it up and Christmas is coming as well!

Well you're gonna have to be more specific, what are you trying to cook? For the most part just follow instructions and pay attention to your food. A lot of people make the mistake of putting food on and then going to watch tv or talk on the phone......pay attention to what you cook and you should be alright.

get a good basic cookbook or go on cooking sites. relax and have a couple of glasses of wine. not too much though!!

i can't cook but this book give me inspiration. It's brilliant. I am going to do next years christmas dinner with it. It will be the first time in my life.

Get Delia Smiths book - written for idiots (not necesarily you!) but wonderfully easy to follow. And have fun - its supposed to be enjoyable!!
