yes, we have gift cards in the store, provided that you go to an actual starbucks. stands in malls, targets, grocery stores, etc. i don't think have them because they are not actual starbucks stores...it's weird i know
but if you are purchasing more than 100 at a time you will have to go online.

yes. Every starbucks, including the ones in the airports and in the supermarkets has starbucks gift cards. You have to ask them for it, because they are behind the counter.
