when you use your wipers it will look smeared used it once never again

No, but you won't need your wipers or fluid anymore.
Bugs, ice, rain, your mother in law, anything that hits it will just bounce off your windshield like water off a ducks back.

no ,but you wont actually need the washer fluid all the time the rain -x works real good as a repellent against dirt film build up,the washers will still help if needed it just wont let the rain-x last as long most of the time,good luck.

No, in fact they now make windshield washer solvent with rain-x in it. It's great and worth paying the extra $1.00 compared to normal washer solvent.
