Are you asking because you fire them up with hot spices?

Take it you're doing menu change. Are you trying to draw costumer's eye to that particular item on the menu?

I like "Rocky Mountain Oysters," or "Flame Broiled - Rocky Mountain Oysters."

If you do "spice" the oysters, you could say "Spicy - Flame Broiled Rocky Mountain Oysters." This one could be a bit too long. However, if you do "spicy" think that should be known to costumer's.

You're the Boss/Chief you have the last say.
