If you have never lived in the south, you think white trailer trash toothless mofos who drive big trucks & like hunting, fishing, have a bunch of kids & aren't educated.
If you live in South Florida, the Southern People are northern transplants who buy up all the property & golf, fish, go boating, do anything sun related.

I am a southern person.....but I never deal in generalities.....as you can see from above, many think we are all racist rednecks.......I may be in the minority, but apart from slang words and sweet tea, I am not at all what others from different areas think of us. There are many racists, but there are also many good southern people down here too!!

redneck does come to mind, but it also makes me think of families getting together for good times like drinking sweet ice tea, cooking out on the grill and telling stories down @ the river! Oh & don't forget about going muddin' LOL I can handle being country, but I can't do the redneck thing!

sitting in the front yard drinking a cold beer with friends watching the game on my out door TV/Radio cause its 70* out side not thinking of my friends freezing there buts off up north.lol ps locals putting up with old people wearing thick dark glasses tring to drive and they cant even see over the steering wheel. if I make it home alive it will be peaceful and green.

I'm a southern girl, so I'll tell you what I'm like.
I don't own a cowboy hat. I like fried chicken, but not coleslaw. =X I speak in a slight accent, but I say 'you guys!', not y'all. I don't live on a ranch or own a horse. I live in an house..
Also, I live in Texas, but I'm a Democrat and I hate Mexican food. =XXX

justin boot wearin, gun shooton, 4-wheelin, redneck, Loves hot rednecks, rebel flag, ford truck loving. i do not like to be called a stupid redneck because i am redneck but not stupid and i hate being called white trailer trash because it is not right. i hope i helped. sweet tea and cornbread.
