shut the oil off at the tank loosen the pipe fitting to the burner, have some one turn the tank back on when oil starts to the burner, tighten it back up,

Simple. Leave the oil ON. Leave the furnace OFF. On the fuel pump located on the burner,there is a bleed valve. (left side)Using a wrench,OPEN the bleed screw slightly.Turn the furnace ON untill the oil comes from the bleeder. CLOSE the bleeder. You may hafta do this a couple time untill the furnace ignites.
