First they employ people. Second we are a Capitalist Society. You sound like Hillery that wants to take the profits away from big business. Most of the companies are publicly owned. Many retirement funds hold stock in the Fortune 500 companies including mine.

Yes they do have too much power. However we should not take all their power from them. A nice balance of capitalist and social programs is ideal to keep things in balance. Outlawing lobbying is a step in the right direction.
