i have a list of complaints about Yahoo answers. how can i get a live talk with them?

actually I just answered a question on the answers section of Y!A on the 2 year anniversary . There was at least 600 answers , but on the first page there were a few people with the words " staff " in green under the avatar .
It's a start ....

Phone them in Sunnyvale, CA. Can't find the number right now, call information. Area code 408. No one is there today. I've phoned them.

click on FAQs and i think there is a link at the bottom saying did'nt answer your question? or something like that and then i think they give you a number or an email or both

Sorry, they only send out form letters. That's all I have ever been able to get out of them.
