computer recently had to be rebooted
reinstalled the cyberlink w/ the disc says we need license key or something like that
windows just isn't playing the dang thing at all
what's the point of having a dvd player in the computer if you can't play a dvd???
please help!!!!!

cuberlink prolly came with the computer so u should have the key somewhere... and need to update WMP.... go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/default.aspx
download that... it's free... if u have it then idk.. sry
