How do people just look in the mirror and decide that they are pretty? I know that beauty comes from the inside, but seriously....??

Well when you can tell you are pretty is when you look in the mirror and you notice that you have a nice bone structure , you like the way you look and you feel cinfident and comfortable in your body . That is how !

Being a healthy weight, having clear skin and groomed eyebrows, and a nice hairstyle will make almost anyone look attractive. Seriously! The good news is that all of this is somewhat under your control!

I don't really know because I'm not pretty. (*sigh*) However, if a person has a smooth face, pretty eyes, a nice nose, mouth and teeth, then that person's pretty. I don't have any of that! :-( That's just my opinion...
