If they can't re-experience and re-do some of life's pleasures and relive certain moments down to the smallest detail like when they were alive, then I'd say at least one of those millions of people there would be at least a little nostalgic.

BTW, why do those religious nuts think you're bad person just because you have wants and desires and hope to achieve them? It doesn't make sense. Only if commit a serious crime, is it bad. Indulging in personal pleasure does not make you a bad person!!!

Because the religious nuts are run by a mythological book. There is no after life sorry to say. No one has ever experienced it and every thing they say they might have experienced has a scientific answer. What miracle or "biblical" event has happened in modern times? these are stories just like the greek gods and Native American Gods.

The presumption is that once you leave your corporeal body behind, you leave with it your desires for physical pleasures of the senses and what is left is that of the spiritual (love, kinship protective feelings, hatred, revenge......)
The nostalgia will be there for family, the desire to remain close to them to continue to "protect" and to "watch".
As for heaven, it might be the place they go to get recycled back into another type of lifeform ,ie as children born into the same family they left, or pets?
Can you picture heaven to be gates and long line ups? Then those who cant wait will go into the shorter lifespan/high risk of non match probability lines for pets. Lol
Cats , they are so finicky. They might have been gourmet cooks in their past lifetime. LOL.
