i'm having breast reduction surgery in a few days (12-27) and it just hit me wow this is going to hurt. now i'm going from somewhere in the G-H range to a C (i have a very small staure), and i know that anyone this big is no stranger to serious cronic pain, so i do have i good tolerance for pain, and i know that there will be pain killers. i would just like to know, from a woman's first hand experience how was the surgery for you? did you have any unexpected complications? how bad was the pain? how long did your recovery last? and how satisfied were you? now my surgon has gone over this stuff with me, but i would just really like some first hand info, and please be as detailed as possible. thanks!

When I had mine done, I woke up feeling like I had hot irons on my chest. Thank god for pain meds! I was plenty sore for weeks afterwards, and had to wear a special bra, not to mention buying brand new bras! It's a different kind of pain. We're used to that chronic ache in the back and shoulders, this is more shooting pain, especially if you roll onto your stomach at all during the first few dadys. I was highly satisfied with my surgery, and was glad I did it. Good luck!

I was in NO PAIN at all. Only slight discomfort. SO it varies from person to person.

I would do this all over again if I had to.
