No, not at all. This is a very common fantasy theme as is watching your wife with another man or men.
A word of caution, even if your wife is interested in fulfilling this type of fantasy, often one or the other of you may become jealous or resentful after it. You need to ensure that regardless of what happens that you will still be willing to communicate about it and work on your feelings. It would be nice if society had not programmed us to behave this way.
