We have a PS2 and we bought it used. Does anyone know how to disable the parental lock so I can watch DVDs?

Someone programed this PS2 and we can't play any movies that are rated higher than G on it. I was hoping there is an override code that would let us watch all movies.

the code should be 0000, but if not then i dont know
