Why do they not show the fans running around and getting tackled by the security guards anymore?

They used to until they realized it just encouraged more people to do it so they could get on T.V.

They do it for attention. A long time ago I saw some idiot do this however it was just before the ball was snapped & when it was he was creamed by a couple of linemen. Talk about bad timing!

They don't want to start a precedence where at every game somebody tries to get on TV for just being goofy

Because they think thousands of ya-hoo's will do it. Anyone at that icebox game (-1 degree) wants to be taken some place warm.
