Hi. Babies temperatures tend to run slightly higher then older people. Between 96 and 100 is not unusual. If your babies temp. goes even as high as 103 it's not necessarily dangerous. My father who is a nurse advised me to give the baby a small amount of baby Tylenol (strictly following the recommendations on the bottle). This should bring the temp. down. If this does not work, seek medical attention immediately. I followed his advise and within ten to fifteen minutes my baby's temp fell to normal. Good luck.
