i reflect on my day and dreams =]
i think of a negative thing and what i could do to turn it positive and try to solve a problem... to balance it out i list 3 things i am thankful for =]
i think of everyone who has asked me to pray for them... my aunt who is pregnant but with a high risk of losing the baby, my mum with arthritis, my dad with money problems, my sister and her new marriage, my sister and her exams, my brither and his temper, my little sister and her manners,
i think of a better me, what i will do the next day, someone i have neglected, changes i can make for the better,
i think of the things i want to do - clubbing, sex...
but then i think of reasons why that would be bad and i should wait until i am older...
1 night of pleasure is not worth a lifetime of regret
i try to end my day on a positive note
to me, at night writing that book can be accomplished... in the morning it seems ridiculous
but at night, anything is possible =]
may your happiness increase =]

i dont pray but the final thought on my mind is i hope my daughter will be ok and that my loved ones are safe.
here is a nice pray that someone once told me i thought it was lovely.
if i should die before i wake,
i pray the lord my soul to take,
keep my loved one safe and warm,
until they wake in the early morn.

I pray for the homeless, the weary, sick and dying. I pray for broken hearts, for the loss of a loved one. I pray for my daughter who needs a transplant and all those who are waiting, as she has had to do.
I love prayer and to me, it is conversation with my Creator! All things which burden my heart, I take to HIM, in prayer!
Prayer, is a way of life, for me!

I am usually very tired at that time and the one thing I pray is this for my son and me: in the name of Jesus I bind you satan you and all of your agents I cast you away from me and my son and I forbid you to communicate to us in any form. then I pray for Jesus to send angels to surround us and for his special presense to be in every room of our apartment. And I pray for sweet sleep for Jesus you promise your beloved sweet sleep. My son and myself never have night mares . Anytime I have had one has been a time that I did not pray my prayer. I believe in praying for everyone and I try to do that through the day,in traffic any problem I have I pray for all the people suffering with it. When I am tired my prayer turns to me and my boy.:)

I don't do it very often, if I'm honest! But when I do it's for my family, and anyone I feel is having a hard time or ill.
May sound a bit silly, but, I use my three wishes on the moon that way to, problem is I can't remember if we are supposed to do it on the full moon or a half moon, so I do both! : )

I am not religious, although I am spiritual.
I don't pray but I would like a calmer world. Politicians that could make a difference, better health for myself and my loved ones would probably be the things I would wish for.
Thank you for your question. X
