20+ years in payroll and that's a new one to me. I've seen some very strange deduction codes (and made up some myself) but can't think of anything that could stand for!
Check with your payroll department. Would love to know what it means! :)

No meaning on a paycheck that I've ever heard of.
Now if it was on a bill of lading, that would mean something -- Free On Board, the shippong point where title passes to the buyer and they assume the responsibility for shipping charges and any risk of damages to the shipment.
