There is considerable debate and conjecture about the G Spot these days.

The short answer is, only some women have one, and it would be on the top of the vaginal canal from the front, inside about 2-4 inches. There is no universally accurate location because all women are different.

Something most people do not realize is that women have much more variation in their genital nerve structure than men do. What works for one women, physically speaking, is not going to work on everyone else. Most (about 60%) women are genetically incapable of orgasm by vaginal intercourse alone (lack correct type of nerves inside) and must have oral sex or some other external stimulation. Even then, there are variations and exceptions.

The clitoris is the tip of the clitoral sponge. Rubbing the back side (from inside the vagina) has been called the "g spot".

With a girl lying back, insert a finger and rub upwards. You will feel a seam. Feel back 1-2 inches and start lifting and rubbing upwards. It might take some force, the technique has been called the "forklift technique" because it can take a lot of pressure. But it does seem to work.

For "solo artists", they sell a special vibrator with a 90 degree bend that can be used to reach in and up.
