2 things
One is during a snow storm, obviously
Second one is when you use a machine named, a Snow Blower. It sucks or scoops the snow in off the sidewalk with a snow blade and blows it out of the way

There are devices called snow blowers that you plug in and then blow snow with. It blows air that pushes the snow where you want it to go. It's supposed to be easier than shoveling.

THERES AND MACHINE THATS LIKE A BIG LAWNMOWER THAT YOU RUNOVER THE SNOW AND IT BLOWS IT OFF THE DRIVE OR SIDEWALK .DOES THAT HELP
