my boyfriends X posted a picture of me on myspace where there are a bunch of comments underneath calling me a wh*re what can i do about this legally?

There's a button where you can report the image. When you hit that button, it will ask you for the reason you are reporting the image. State your reason. If it doesn't get his attention to take it down. I'd talk to a lawyer.

Ask her to remove it, document that you asked her and when you asked her. If it's not removed, you can legally sue her for libel and slander, since you say there are comments calling you things you are not. Make sure you print out a copy for proof. Just because it's Myspace, doesn't mean its' not harrassment.

I am not sure about what you can do legally but you can delete any comments or piscs on myspace

Report it. It can be taken down..that is one of the rules people have to abide by..they need to respect eachother and not bash. So I say report it.
