It solely depends on your company's work rules. There is no requirement or law for extra pay on the eve.

i hope so or you can report them my job i was on for 9 years in florida and got laid off i was one of the first implyees there and my 2 nieces and my sister inlaw open that company and we had like 95 hours over time and they paid us regular time we found out we could of got them in trouble 1995 to 2003
